At FitnessTransform, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Return Policy explains our refund and cancelation procedures.

Service Packages

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of starting your first package, we'll provide a full refund. This applies to:

  • New clients only
  • First package purchase only
  • Must complete at least 2 sessions to be eligible

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Contact us within 30 days of your first session
  • Provide feedback on why the service didn't meet your expectations
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Individual Sessions

Unused Sessions

  • Prepaid individual sessions can be refunded with 7 days notice
  • Refunds for unused sessions will be subject to a 10% administrative fee
  • Partially used session packages are refundable for unused sessions only

Used Sessions

  • Sessions that have been completed are non-refundable

Online Coaching Programs

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
  • Cancelations must be made before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Multi-Month Programs

  • Refunds available within the first 14 days
  • After 14 days, no refunds, but you may pause your program for up to 30 days

Special Promotions and Discounted Packages

Services purchased at promotional or discounted rates may have different refund terms:

  • Limited or no refund availability
  • Specific terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
  • Cannot be combined with the 30-day guarantee

Session Cancelation and Rescheduling

By Client

  • Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice: No charge
  • Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: Charged 50% of session fee
  • No-show: Charged full session fee

By Trainer

  • If we need to cancel your session, you'll recieve a full credit for that session
  • We'll make every effort to reschedule at a time convenient for you

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. The following situations may be eligible for exemptions from our standard policy:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
  • Family emergencies
  • Natural disasters or severe weather
  • Other extraordinary circumstances (evaluated case-by-case)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed sessions and services
  • Digital products and downloads once accessed
  • Customized meal plans and programs after delivery
  • Administrative and processing fees

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your name, contact information, and order details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 7-10 business days for processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Disputes

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the modified policy.
